Telkom Launches Cheap Indihome Packages For You, Kos Children

Entering 2020, Telkom launched a super cheap internet package. Through Indihome, they launched an internet package with a price of only Rp. 199,000 per month. This internet package is named the “Indihome Lite” package.

This internet package, as the name implies, is said to be made to target millennials at affordable prices, but still want to have a fast internet connection at home.

“This is a manifestation of our commitment to creating a digital lifestyle for the people of Indonesia,” said Telkom Indonesia Consumer Service Director, Siti Choiriana at the SCBD number, South Jakarta, quoted by Gamebrott from Kompas, Wednesday (24/2/2020).

The “lite” version of the IndiHome package is of course different from the “regular” version of the IndiHome package. Like the available services, in this package there are only 2 services, namely for cable TV and internet connection only. In contrast to the regular which has a triple play service.

Then on speed, on the Indihome Lite package, the maximum internet speed offered is up to 10 Mbps (with 150 GB FUP). Meanwhile, in the regular version of the IndiHome internet package, they have varying bandwidths, from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

In cable TV services, IndiHome Lite is only equipped with 33 TV channels, including local TV channels, movies, entertainment, to kids. There is also a 50 minute phone quota that can be used to local or international numbers.

For those of you who want to subscribe to IndiHome Lite, one of the conditions required by Telkom, is at least two adjacent houses. Because as the title of this article suggests, the lite package is intended for users of tenements, flats, apartments, or boarding houses.

Prospective customers only need to register themselves and one of their friends or neighbors next door to be able to enjoy the IndiHome Lite service. According to information, this package will begin to be offered in early March.
