Tencent Esports has announced that the tournament series Tencent Games Arena (TGA) will be renamed “Tencent Esports Games.” The brand will be attached to eight professional esports competitions, covering more than 30 match titles. This announcement was made at “2019 Tencent NEO UP Cultural Creativity Conference” in Beijing, China, on March 24. Tencent Esports, as one of Tencent’s six digital culture divisions, joins the conference together Tencent Music Entertainment, Tencent Games, Tencent Movies , Tencent Book, and Tencent Comics.
