His name is Billy Mitchell who managed to play Pac-Man up to a score of 3,333,360 which is the maximum score that can be achieved in a Pac-Man arcade machine. He is indeed a maniac Arcade game player who has participated in other Arcade game tournaments such as Pinball, Donkey Kong and many others.

Billy managed to finish Pac-Man by breaking through level 256, at which time the memory available on the machine was only able to display half the Pac-Man game board, making it stop playing. He immediately contacted the developers of Pac-Man and they were shocked because they themselves did not know this was possible.

For his achievements, he was awarded the ‘Gamer of the Century’ award by the GodFather of Video Game. This must be a matter of pride for Billy Mitchell.
