Uncharted Adaptation Again Lost a Director

Despite the many failures, adapting video games to the big screen is still a profitable opportunity for production houses. Of course in the future there will be many line-ups of adaptations that will slide, and one of the most anticipated is the Uncharted film adaptation.

However, it can be said that the Uncharted film adaptation is one of the projects that has many obstacles to realize. Starting from the script that is often overhauled to the loss of the director many times, it always becomes an obstacle to the progress of the film. Unfortunately again, the misfortune did not stop there, this time the film project lost its director – Travis Knight.

Travis Knight has left the film adaptation of Uncharted.

The reason the Bumblebee film director left the Uncharted adaptation was due to deadlines. With the departure of Travis Knight, there are now a total of six directors who have not handled the film adaptation, five others are Dan Trachtenberg, Shawn Levy, Seth Gorden, Neil Burger, and David O. Russel.

Of course, this is unpleasant news, considering Uncharted is one of the most anticipated franchises for its big screen adaptation.
