CD Projekt Red Develops New Game, Released in 2022

Releasing Cyberpunk 2077 in an unprepared state made CD Projekt Red a hit with fans. Even so, in fact CD Projekt Red mentions that they have developed a new game that is planned to be released in 2022.

Based on available information, CD Projekt Red is currently developing several game titles. The plan, the new game will be released in 2022. Furthermore, the two games they will develop are The Witcher and the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077.

Interestingly, these two games will be different from the previous games. CD Projekt Red said that they would not rush to announce the game to the public. This is quite natural and the developers learned from previous experiences when releasing Cyberpunk 2077.

For now, CD Projekt is still focused on fixing some of the problems that exist in Cyberpunk 2077. Previously, they had also released patch 1.2 which was considered quite interesting by some fans.

New Studio in Vancouver Will Help Development of this AAA Game

For your information, Digital Scapes Studios is a developer based in Vancouver, Canada. The studio has worked with CD Projekt for three years and helped develop Cyberpunk 2077. After successfully signing the contract, the studio will become CD Projekt Red Vancouver.

With the inclusion of Digital Scapes Studios, this adds to the lineup of this Polish studio. Previously, they already had several development teams based in Warsaw, Krakow, and Wroclaw.

CD Projekt’s acquisition of Digital Scapes is actually quite reasonable. This is because some developers have studios from abroad that aim to be able to access various talents and ideas. In addition, the new studio will help develop CD Projekt Red’s next games.
