Based on our news some time ago, they had planned to hold a walkout to protest Riot’s policy of forcing its employees to sign an arbitration agreement. The employees deeply regret the actions taken by the higher-ups from the developer League of Legends the. Because they seem to be able to be free or wash their hands of the culture of gender harassment that had aired.
Now, the threat of a strike that they voiced apparently was not a mere bluff. Reported directly from the scene by Kotaku, nearly 150 Riot Games workers have shown their solidarity with their colleagues. They came out and together gathered in the parking area outside the building to give speeches.
Apart from Kotaku, there were also Upcomers who were also at the location and documented several other sights that adorned the walkout.

Based on Kotaku’s report, at the end of the speech, Riot workers both agreed to request that the top brass of Riot Games be willing to revoke their policy regarding forced Arbitration within the deadline at the latest May 16 future.
If they are still determined not to accept it, the workers who are represented directly by Jocelyn Monahan as a social listening strategist will be ready to take a step further. Fortunately, the demonstrations that have been held so far have remained peaceful. And hopefully the problems that befell both parties can be resolved fairly quickly without any dangerous consequences.
