Genshin Impact Prepares for Second Closed Beta

miHoYo prepares for the closed beta period for Genshin Impact.

After announcing yesterday that Genshin Impact will also be released to Nintendo Switch. miHoYo finally gives you the opportunity to try out how the action RPG game is made firsthand.

Through its press release, miHoYo and its publisher, Global Interactive Entertainment announced the second closed beta period Genshin Impact. It will fall in the first quarter of 2020 or around January to March 2020. This beta test will invite PC, Android, and iOS players to immediately try the game by registering on the official website. If in the first Closed Beta Test Genshin Impact will present an Anemo (wind) elemental city called Mondstadt along with several characters. So in the closed beta test the two games will present Liyue Harbor, a city with Geo elements (land). In this eastern-themed city, you will dig up the latest information from the legend of God Geo and uncover the secrets of Liyue, which is known as one of the most prosperous cities in Teyvat thanks to its trade.

For those of you who don’t know, Genshin Impact is an open world action RPG game that tells the story of a fantasy world called Teyvat. It has a wide, dynamic, open-world world that you can explore at will. You will play the role of someone called “Traveler” accompanied by a cute creature named Paimon.

Unfortunately, miHoYo is still silent when Genshin Impact will be released. Until this moment they only provide information that the game will be released towards the end of 2020. Let’s just wait.
