Shortly after the pre-order opened, the price of the game for the Argentine region has increased dramatically from 539 pesos (around Rp. 100 thousand) to 2100 pesos (about Rp. 400 thousand). This is because many Steam users abuse the VPN and region system on Steam, they deliberately change the region to Argentina to take advantage of the low price.
This has become a long discussion on the Reset Era forum and Reddit, gamers who are actually in the region are certainly annoyed by this situation.
Game prices on Steam are often adjusted by country. Seeing that Argentina is not the first world country that incidentally is not as advanced as the United States or other European countries, they often get cheaper prices than other regions.

As for the Epic Games Store, the price of the game is pegged at $29.99, which is reportedly up from the previous $14.44.
Horizon Zero Dawn will release on PC on August 7th. A sequel to the game has been announced for PS5.
