Bethesda recently agreed a futures exclusivity deal (timed-exclusive) PS5 console for new IP titles death loop (Arkane) and Ghostwire: Tokyo (Tango Gameworks). According to journalist Imran Khan, talks have started about signing a sci-fi RPG game Starfield owned by Bethesda as a PlayStation exclusive.

Imran Khan says “FUN NOTE: Sony has negotiated timed-exclusive for Starfield in recent months. Will guess whether the negotiations are over or the price has suddenly gone up, very sharp.”

Games Starfield itself was announced in June 2018, along with teaser its trailer. The director, Todd Howard, said that the game Starfield this was a game he had wanted to make “for a very, very long time”. There’s been no update at this point, and at E3 yesterday the game director asked fans of the series to be “very patient”.
