Corsair Releases Carbide 175R, Premium PC Case at Minimum Price

Corsair announces its newest PC case from the Carbide lineup with the type 175R. The casing, whose full name is Carbide 175R RGB, is an entry-level mid-tower that is seen between the Carbide 100R and 275R. Priced at US $ 60 or around 850 thousand rupiah (exchange rate May 7, 2019), it has a lot of premium features that are quite indulgent. Includes RGB lighting and tempered glass.

As you can see for yourself through the image above, the casing looks the same as the Carbide series in general, with a minimalist design but still looks cool. It has two USB 3.0, one audio jack, and the power and reset buttons are located at the end of the case. There are several air vents on the top and back, complete with tempered glass on the left.

Buying this case will give you the bonus of a 120mm diameter cooling fan with RGB lights that are compatible with RGB software from Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI. You can install a maximum of six or four additional fans in it.

With dimensions of 418mm x 210mm x 450mm, this 6.1kg case has support for mini-ITX, Micro ATX, and ATX motherboards, GPU up to 330mm wide, and a maximum CPU cooler up to 160mm high. It also supports radiator water cooling up to 350mm at the front, 240mm at the top, and 120mm at the rear.

Carbide 175R will have SSD / HDD support of 2.5 inches and can accommodate a maximum of four pieces behind the motherboard and 3.5-inch drives near the power supply room.
